More Prince Please

Approximate Reading Time: 1 min. So yesterday I did a lot of experimentation with the songs. I began with local band J & The Tat's song "Modern Man" off of their 2008 demo. I ran into these guys Saturday night in Chapel Hill and thought I would give them a spin. Hella came a little later. Im no Hella fan, in fact I have never heard any of their stuff (yeah, I know, you don't have to say anything), but after playing "Sound Track to Insecurity" I think I will pass on them for awhile. Royksopp, Explosions in the Sky, and Nada Surf were all new to my r'epertoire though the bands themselves were not new to me. Everyone knows Royskopp's song "Remind Me" from the Geico Commercials, but it really is a great song. I brought DJ Hannah in to play Prince's "7" that cut off on me last week.
