My name is DJ Caid. Im A Man. A Myth. A Legend. I am not community standard. I want to chase oblivion.

I currently attend NC State Univserity and by sheer chance (i jest) I became a DJ at the radio station on campus, WKNC 88.1 Raleigh, The Revolution. I am just beginning to DJ on the radio, and love it. Theres nothing better than sending out some tunes through the airwaves into your ears.

I am a huge fan of NC State athletics, as well as professional sports. I am even more of a fan of music. My favorite genres are very dissimilar and atypical. While I highly enjoy forms of "Classic Rock," Oldies, Alternative Rock, & Rock n' Roll, I also have a strong passion for various types of Industrial, Blues, Folk, Indie, Bluegrass, Pop, New Wave, Psychadelic, and Metal. I do not segregate my appetite for music.

However, my show will mainly cover rock music, its underlying and various themes, and unless a song from another classification presents itself as more approproiate, I will refrain from using outside genres.

I do enjoy feedback, positive and negative, and requests are very welcome. I am always open to suggestions and requests for themes, songs, bands, sound clips, facts, and etc.
